Job Description
A Frontline Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team that directly interacts with customers, ensuring that sales targets are met, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of frontline sales representatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and guidance.
Align sales team efforts with company goals and market conditions.
Oversee customer relationship management to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute insights from the sales front.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in sales or sales management.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
