Front Line Sales Manager
The Front Line Sales Manager will drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee daily operations to meet business objectives in the insurance sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with agents to discuss goals, performance, and challenges.
- Ensure agents are following the correct sales processes and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support agents in achieving professional growth and career development within the company.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management, providing insights on performance and challenges.
- Encourage cross-selling and upselling of insurance products to existing customers.
- Monitor documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for each client interaction.
- Build partnerships with brokers, intermediaries, and other industry stakeholders to increase market reach.
- Participate in regular team and management meetings, presenting sales data and offering recommendations for strategy adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS-
- Any bachelor degree
- 21-38 age
- 1+ year experience in sales
- Local preferable
