Job Description

Job Summary: By hiring, and cultivating new agency partnerships, the business development manager is in charge of growing the agency channel. Building trusting connections with both current and new agency partners, negotiating contracts, and boosting sales are all part of this job.

Salary Package : 2.50 LPA – 3.20 LPA

LOCATION : DURGAPUR

Main responsibilities:
• Agency Recruitment: To increase the company’s market reach, find and hire additional agency partners.
• Relationship Building: To guarantee enduring collaborations, cultivate and preserve solid connections with agency partners.
• Business Development: Work with agency partners to create and execute plans to boost revenue and profitability.
• Contract Negotiation: To guarantee profitable collaborations, negotiate contracts and agreements with agency partners.
• Performance Management: Track the work of agency partners and offer assistance to enhance outcomes.
• Market Analysis: To find new business prospects and trends in the agency channel, conduct market research.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in sales and business development in the life insurance sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating abilities.
• Thorough understanding of the agency channel and life insurance market.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
