Unit Sales Representative
Unit Sales Representative to spearhead the growth of our insurance products through established agency networks. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with insurance agencies, driving new business, and supporting agent in reaching their sales potential.
KEY ROLES-
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, and agents, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to sell our insurance products.
- Identify and implement effective sales strategies to increase the adoption of our products across agency partners, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Equip agents with the knowledge and tools necessary to sell our products effectively, including product benefits, sales techniques, and market positioning.
- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement with networks and new business generation.
- Support in identifying high-quality leads and converting them into policyholders, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to ensure that our insurance solutions remain competitive and relevant.
KEY SKILLS-
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
CRITERIA-
- 1+ year sales experience
- Graduate
- Local preferable
