Job Description
A Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Any related field.
- 02 Years of Experience in sales , Marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
