We’re seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to spearhead the growth and profitability of our agency channel within the life insurance sector. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a network of agency partners while driving sales performance through strategic planning, analysis, and support.
Responsibilities
• Channel Development: Oversee the expansion and optimization of the agency channel to achieve business objectives.
• Agency Management: Recruit, develop, and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Sales Performance: Set and track sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to boost productivity.
• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in life insurance sales and agency channel management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop sales teams.
