Agency Development Manager
The Agency Development Manager is responsible for driving sales through a network of independent agents or agency partners.
KEY ROLES:
- Identify and recruit potential agents to build a high-performing sales network.
- Set clear sales targets for agents to drive performance and ensure they meet or exceed sales expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with agents to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials to increase sales.
- Ensure that agents comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- Local preferable
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Sales-driven with a strong focus on results.
- Ability to mentor and motivate agents.
