Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a high-performing sales team by handling recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in insurance companies, including brokers, agents, and carriers.

Qualifications Criteria:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions.
  • Comprehensive insurance industry knowledge, including products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
