Job Description

LOCATION : BURDWAN

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA 

AGE CRITERIA : 24 TO 38 

Key Responsibilities:

#Support the recruitment and training of new agents.
#Monitor agent performance and provide assistance as needed.
#Coordinate agent meetings and training sessions.
#Handle administrative tasks related to the agency channel.
#Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Requirements:   

#Bachelor’s degree
#1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
#Strong organizational and analytical skills.
#Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
#Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
#Knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics in India.
