Job Title: Associate Area Business Manager

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales and marketing (BFSI)

Location : Aarambagh 

CTC: Up to 3.20 L/A + Incentives + Additional Benefits (based on experience and previous CTC)

Qualification: Minimum Graduation Required

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Travel extensively within your region to engage with ABPs (Agents), LAs, and customers.
Develop and maintain a strong distribution network to meet business goals, including recruiting and managing active ABPs and LAs to achieve premium targets.
Lead and support a team of ABPs, assisting with pre-sales, post-sales, and claim settlement activities.
Utilize and stay updated with technology-driven sales tools to enhance efficiency and streamline Sales Management.
Uphold values by ensuring ethical practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
 Requirements:

·         Minimum 3+ years in sales and marketing within the BFSI sector.

·          Proven track record in sales and team management.

·         Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Any Graduates
