Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team in achieving outstanding results through our agency channel.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and on board potential agents for the agency channel.
- Build strong relationships with agents, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
- Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, events, and meetings to promote business.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target agencies and opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to generate leads and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Graduation compulsory
- 2+ year experience in field sales management
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
