By establishing agency partnerships, offering innovative solutions, and delivering exceptional client service, the Business Development Representative will expand our life insurance business.

LOCATION : BALURGHAT

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.80 LPA – 3.20 LPA 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
One of your roles is to oversee and cultivate relationships with agency partners.
• To expand market reach, look for new agency partnerships.
• Provide training, support, and sales strategies to agency partners.
• Check for compliance with industry rules and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS :

> Preferably a bachelor’s degree is required.

> An analytical method that prioritizes results.

> Must be close by

>Age range: 21–38 years old

>Proficiency in communication and negotiation.
