Our Agency Channel will be supported and grown by a Field Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate has field sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and team-building abilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance agent performance.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Regularly review agent performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Find and hire amazing advisors and agents to create a strong sales network.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Accompany agents on field visits to guide and support their sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Graduation compulsory
- 2+ years experience in field sales management
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 years old
