To supervise and motivate the sales team in Gujarat, we are seeking an Innovative and outcome-focused Sales Development Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Select, train, mentor, and encourage a results-oriented sales team to surpass performance expectations.
- Explore new markets and expand the agent network in untapped areas.
- Organize frequent training programs to enhance agents’ expertise in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic alliances with agencies.
- Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts, and achieving targeted sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales management.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler for mobility.
- Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old.
