Our Agency Channel’s success will be fueled by a Field Sales Development Executive. We are looking for a candidate with field sales experience, superior interpersonal skills, and a capacity for fostering team growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and enlist top agents to create a high-performing sales team.
- Hire, coach, empower, and energize a results-driven sales team to accomplish personal and team objectives.
- Facilitate regular workshops to strengthen agents’ understanding of products and refine their sales capabilities.
- Forge and negotiate agreements and collaborations with agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 years old
