Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Front Line Sales Manager to join our agency sales team in the insurance sector. The  Front Line sales Manager will focus on identifying, prospecting, and generating leads within the agency channel to support the growth of our insurance business.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential agency partners, agents, and brokers in the insurance space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential agency partners, guiding them through the sales process and addressing their needs and concerns.
Work closely with the senior sales team and account managers to transition qualified leads and assist in closing sales. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and events as required.

Desired candidate profile 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years  Experience in any field sale
