Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager for the agency channel at a leading life insurance company in India. This on-roll position is ideal for local candidates with a strong network in their area.

LOCATION : BEHALA 

SALARY PACKAGE : 3 LPA – 3.40 LPA

Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
Lead the team by setting clear targets for recruitment, training, and agent development.
Drive goal achievement through effective campaigning.
Prepare monthly sales reports to track performance.
Engage in on-field activities to maximize customer outreach.
Focus on managing the sales team, expanding geographical coverage, and enhancing market presence.
