Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver routine training modules to upgrade agents’ knowledge of products and sharpen their sales acumen.
  • Negotiate terms and build mutually beneficial partnerships with agencies.
  • Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts and achieving targeted sales goals.
  • Drive critical negotiations with clients, closing contracts, and securing key sales agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years in field sales management.
  • Excellent communication, strong leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for mobility.
  • Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old.
