Sales Development Manager – Agency Channel (Insurance)

We’re looking for a sales leader to grow our insurance business through agency partners in India. You’ll build and manage a sales team, develop strong partnerships, and hit sales targets.

Location : Kolkata 

Salary Package : 3 LPA – 3.40 LPA 

Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and lead a sales team
Build relationships with insurance agencies
Achieve sales goals
Analyze market trends
Ensure sales team follows company policies
Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the Indian insurance industry
Strong leadership skills
Deep understanding of the insurance market
Ability to manage a team and hit targets
