Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our agency channel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing agency teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving agency growth, profitability, and overall performance.

LOCATION : NEW ALIPORE 

SALARY PACKAGE : 3 LPA – 3.40 LPA

Responsibilities:

Analyze agency performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance agent productivity and sales skills.
Develop and implement incentive plans to motivate and reward top-performing agents.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to the agency channel, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
