Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to spearhead the growth and profitability of our agency channel within the life insurance sector. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a network of agency partners while driving sales performance through strategic planning, analysis, and support.

Location : BARASAT 

Salary Package : 3 LPA – 3.40 LPA 

Responsibilities
Channel Development: Oversee the expansion and optimization of the agency channel to achieve business objectives.
Agency Management: Recruit, develop, and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Sales Performance: Set and track sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to boost productivity.
Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications
Proven experience in life insurance sales and agency channel management.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop sales teams.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
