Agency Development Manager
Support and develop agency partners in the life insurance sector by facilitating recruitment, training, and performance management to drive growth and productivity.
LOCATION : Aarambagh
SALARY PACKAGE : 2.30 LPA – 3.10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Help recruit new agents and manage their onboarding.
Conduct and support training programs for agents.
Monitor and enhance agent performance.
Build strong relationships with agency partners.
Assist in implementing growth strategies and analyzing market trends.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in sales or agency management, preferably in life insurance.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems.
Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
