Job Description

Responsible for building and growing a high-performing agency force. Recruit, train, and develop agents to achieve sales targets.

Location :Tamluk 

Salary Package : 2.10 LPA  – 3.50 LPA 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement agency recruitment and development strategy.
Recruit, onboard, and train qualified insurance agents.
Coach and develop agents to enhance performance.
Lead and motivate agency development team.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:

#Insurance sales and agency channel experience.
#Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
#Sales target achievement and market knowledge.
#Regulatory compliance understanding.
#Sales tools proficiency.
#Valid two-wheeler license.
