Unit Sales Manager
As an Agency Development Manager, you’ll focus on building and expanding a top-performing agency team. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and developing agents to meet sales goals effectively.
LOCATION : Asansol
SALARY PACKAGE : 2.10 LPA – 3.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute strategies for agency recruitment and development.
Recruit, onboard, and train qualified insurance agents.
Provide coaching and support to improve agent performance.
Lead and inspire the agency development team.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
