JOB TITLE: Unit Sales Manager

LOCATION: Asansol 

SALARY PACKAGE: 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA 

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Unit Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive growth, and achieve sales targets within a specific unit or territory. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the unit.
Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.).
Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
3-5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
