Job Description
An Agent Network Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing a company’s network of agents to ensure efficient operations, compliance, and superior customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitating the recruitment, setup, and training of new agents to ensure they are well-equipped to represent the company effectively
- Regularly assessing agent performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Ensuring that all agents adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards to maintain the integrity of operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues to foster a collaborative environment.
- Preparing regular reports on agent activities, performance metrics, and network status to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales management.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler for mobility.
- Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old.
