The job description is to locate, train, and oversee new insurance agents in order to expand our sales staff. Assist agents in increasing insurance sales.
Identifying new insurance agents is one of the main duties.
– Teach new representatives how to market insurance.
-Supervise and encourage insurance representatives.
-Verify that agents abide by corporate policies.
-Meet your sales targets.
Requirements:
• Prior experience overseeing insurance agents.
• Capable of leading and communicating with others.
• Has extensive insurance knowledge.
• Capable of hitting sales goals.
• Are there any graduates?
• Field employment experience is a necessity for the candidate.
• Candidates with prior sales and insurance expertise are desired.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
