Job Summary: 
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Manager to join our team in the insurance industry’s Agency Channel. Strong fieldwork skills, the capacity to interact with potential clients, and the ability to form productive alliances with agents are all necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities 
Drive sales efforts through agency partners to meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, agent interactions, and market feedback to report to management.

Desired Candidate 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience:  2+ Years Experience in Any Field Sales 1+ Years Experience in BFSI And Insurance Is Mandatory
Age: Minimum 21 Years and maximum 38 Years
