We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Job Direct Sales Executive to lead and drive the sales strategy within our growing insurance agency.

Key Responsibilities: 
Act as the senior point of contact for major clients, offering tailored solutions and negotiating large-scale deals.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve aggressive sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing of insurance applications and claims.

Desired candidate profile: 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
