Job Description

Job title: Area sales Manager 
The Area sales Manager  will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads within the insurance industry

Key Responsibilities: 
Research potential clients and target audiences to create a strong list of prospects in the insurance space.
Quality leads by assessing their needs, budget, and readiness to purchase insurance products.
Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives and account managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of prospective interactions in CRM software, ensuring data is up-to-date and organized.

Desired candidate profile: 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
