Job title: Assistant sales manager
Position Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the insurance agency’s sales network by developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing distribution channels, including independent agents, brokers, and other third-party agencies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive channel growth, optimize sales operations, and achieve set targets.
Set and monitor individual and channel-wide sales targets, ensuring performance aligns with business objectives.
Desired candidate profile:
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
