Job Title: Field Sales Manager 

Job Summary: 
To lead and oversee our agency sales team in the insurance industry, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Field Sales Manager. In addition to having a solid track record of overseeing field agents and increasing sales, the ideal applicant will have a wealth of experience in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities: 
Establish measurable sales goals, keep an eye on team performance, and make sure they are consistently met.
Create and execute successful sales strategies to optimize company expansion via the agency channel.
Monitor sales results, do data analysis, and prepare reports on a regular basis for upper management.
Urge agents to concentrate on building lasting client relationships and to deliver exceptional customer service.

Desired candidate profile: 

Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
