Job Summary: 
To join our vibrant insurance company, we are looking for a Commission Sales Associate that is extremely driven and goal oriented. Your duties as a Commission Sales Associate will include reaching sales goals, bringing in new business, and offering top-notch client service.

Inform customers with insurance options that suit their needs.

Experience:  2+ Years Experience in Any Field Sales 1+ Years Experience in BFSI And Insurance Is Mandatory
Age: Minimum 21 Years and maximum 38 Years

Ability to motivate and develop a team of agents.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to assess sales performance and strategy .
