Field Sales Manager
Leads a team of field sales representatives, develops field sales strategies, and ensures effective execution of sales activities. Analyzes performance and provides training to enhance effectiveness.
LOCATION :: HALDIA
SALARY PACKAGE :: 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute field sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and support field sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor field performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Conduct training and development sessions for the field sales team.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience in field sales.
• Strong background in sales strategy development and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, field-based environment.
