Direct Sales Manager
As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving direct sales through the agency channel. Your role involves developing and executing direct sales strategies, leading and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving sales targets.

LOCATION : MEDINIPUR

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA 
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement direct sales strategies that align with business goals.
• Build, train, and lead a high-achieving direct sales team.
• Set and meet direct sales targets and performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with agency channel partners to optimize sales opportunities.
Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree should be must

-Should be having minimum 2 years of experience of sales

-Should be Having a Graduate Degree

– Age should be between 22 –  38
