ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Job Description

The Assisting Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing the team, and achieving targets. This role includes helping with strategy execution, sales training, customer relations, and reporting.

Location :: Medinipur 

Salary Package :: 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA 

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Support and guide the sales team to ensure performance and target achievement.
Help maintain relationships with key customers and address any issues.
Track and report sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
Assist in onboarding new sales team members and provide training support.
Handle administrative tasks like managing sales pipelines and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
#2-3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or support role.
#Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
#Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
#Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
