Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune strategies whilst identifying prospective clients, generating business from new agent and developing them to achieve consistent profitability and enhance revenue.
Key responsibilities
Understanding / Knowledge of life insurance Products.
Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling life insurance policies.
Daily activity to generate leads & leads management.
Primary Responsibility is to recruit life insurance agents.

Education: Any Graduate
Preferred candidate profile:
Age: – 21 to 38 YEARS

Target oriented
Must have 1+ years of experience in any Sales / Insurance Sector
