The Area Sales Manager at HDFC Life is responsible for overseeing the sales activities within a specific geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives or agents in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners in the region.
- Monitor sales performance closely and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team activities for upper management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in any Field Sales and Marketing
- Graduation mandatory
- Age: 21 Years to 38 Years
- Two wheeler
