As a Business Development Manager , you will lead a team of sales executives and ensure the execution of sales strategies. Your role will involve setting performance goals, coaching the team, and achieving revenue targets.

Location:: Howrah

Salary Package : 2.20 LPA-3.20 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

#Supervise and guide a team of sales executives.

#Conduct training sessions to improve team performance.

#Develop and implement sales plans to meet team objectives.

#Maintain records of sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

#Bachelor Degree is Mandatory

#1-2+ years of experience in team leadership in sales.

#Excellent mentoring and motivational skills.

#Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
