Job Description:

As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining clients through personalized sales strategies. Your role will involve understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.

Conduct detailed needs assessments for clients and recommend appropriate solutions.

Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.

Requirements:

1–2+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in financial or insurance sectors.

Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
