Job Description
A Sales Development Executive at HDFC Life Insurance is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting the company’s life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers to promote HDFC Life insurance products.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets within the assigned territory or market.
- Generate leads through referrals, cold calls, and networking activities.
- Educate customers on the benefits of life insurance and specific HDFC Life products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and trust.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2-4 years in sales or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
