Job Description: 
A Bancassurance specialist is in charge of offering clients banking and insurance services. In order to determine the customer’s financial needs and suggest the best products to meet those needs, this involves consultation.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing customer needs and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Explaining banking and insurance products and processes to customers.
  • Assisting customers in choosing the most appropriate financial products.
  • Knowing banking and insurance policies to offer the best solutions.
  • Building customer relationships and providing after-sales services.
  • Improving customer satisfaction and achieving Sales targets.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Bachelors’ Degree mandatorily.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in banking sales & marketing.
  • 3+ years in residential or native.
  • Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
