Job Description

Job Description: 
The Bancassurance Officer drives insurance sales through banking partnerships, builds relationships with bank staff, provides training and support, and ensures sales targets for insurance products are met.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales of life and general insurance products to the bank’s customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities by analyzing the bank’s customer database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
  • Train bank employees on insurance products, processes, and sales techniques.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers on selecting suitable insurance products.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and claims-related issues promptly.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree Mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.
