Job Description

Lead and manage the agency channel to boost sales and expand your market awareness. Employ, train, and motivate insurance agents while upholding compliance and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Important duties include hiring and educating a team of successful insurance agents.

·       Create and implement a sales strategy to meet growth objectives.

·       Monitor agent performance and provide feedback and support.

·       Examine the market to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.

·       Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied.

·       Verify that legal requirements and business ploys are adhered to.

Requirements

·       An undergraduate degree

·       1+ of sales experience, with at least three of those years spent managing insurance.

·       Outstanding leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

·       It must be local.
