In the Agency Channel, the Business Development Manager oversees and assists a group of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents to increase sales and expansion in a certain area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Locating and employing fresh financial advisers while making sure they mesh nicely with the business.
- Supplying continual assistance and training to improve advisers’ abilities and sales strategies.
- Preserving solid bonds with advisors in order to support their retention and success.
- Investigating fresh prospects and examining market patterns in order to expand.
- Monitoring outcomes and informing upper management of developments.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have earned their degree.
- 2+ years in any industry working in sales and marketing.
- Demonstrated capacity to reach or surpass sales goals.
- Capacity to inspire and guide a group of people to accomplish organizational objectives.
- Outstanding ability to establish rapport with clients and agents.
