Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute sales strategies to boost revenue.

Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve performance.

Requirements:

1 to 4 years of sales and marketing experience in BFSI.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
