Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of insurance professionals to meet and exceed targets.
Monitor team progress, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Organize training sessions to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales or financial services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role within BFSI.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
