Sales Officer – Insurance

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to offer insurance products.
Educate customers on various insurance policies, their benefits, and coverage options.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Keep up to date with industry trends and new product offerings.
Provide after-sales support to resolve client queries and issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex insurance concepts to clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
