Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at HDFC Life, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients and channel partners, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting HDFC Life’s insurance products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and financial advisors.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
