Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Banking Sales Officer to drive sales of banking products and build strong customer relationships. The role involves promoting savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and other banking services to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for banking products like accounts, loans, and insurance.
- Identify and acquire new customers through fieldwork or referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications:
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Experience: 1+ years in sales or banking roles.
- Location: Must be a local candidate familiar with the area.
- Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
